These terms apply to waikikibearsden.com and to merchandise sold by Waikiki Bears Den, operated by BAMCIS LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Not affiliated with the NFL
Waikiki Bears Den is an independent fan club. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the Chicago Bears, the National Football League or Hard Rock Cafe. Our jersey is an original Waikiki Bears Den design.
Orders and prices
- Prices are in US dollars and include Hawaii general excise tax.
- Shipping, when chosen, is shown before you pay. We ship to US addresses only.
- Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds. If we can't fill an order, we'll refund it in full.
Pickup and delivery
- Pickup orders are available at the next Bears Den watch party at Hard Rock Cafe Waikiki. If your size is out of stock, we order it and hand it over at a following game, usually about two weeks later.
- Jerseys are printed to order. Shipped orders usually arrive in two to three weeks. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
- Uncollected pickup orders are held for the rest of the season; after that, email us to arrange shipping.
Refunds and exchanges
- You can cancel for a full refund any time before your jersey is handed over or shipped.
- Unworn jerseys in their original condition can be exchanged for a different size within 30 days.
- Misprinted or damaged items are replaced if you contact us with a photo within 30 days.
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Using the site
Game times, venue details and reservation links are provided as a convenience and can change; check with Hard Rock Cafe Waikiki and the NFL for official information. Site content, logos and designs belong to Waikiki Bears Den and may not be reused commercially without permission. Partners can use the assets on our brand page.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
