Picking up your jersey

Pickup orders are handed out at the next Bears Den watch party at Hard Rock Cafe Waikiki, 280 Beach Walk. Find us in the Bears Den section and give your name. See the schedule for game times. If your size isn't in stock that day, we order it and bring it to the following game (about two weeks).

Shipped orders

Jerseys are printed to order and ship to US addresses only. Allow about two to three weeks for delivery. You'll get tracking by email when your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within four weeks, email us.

Exchanges and refunds

• Full refund any time before your jersey is handed over or shipped.
• Wrong size? Unworn jerseys can be exchanged within 30 days.
• Misprinted or damaged? Email a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days. Full details are in our Terms.
